Situation Based Training (SBT) of Firearms Training Center incorporates training scenarios that bring realism and critical situation assessment into training. Students will be confronted with unfamiliar and uncomfortable situations in order to familiarize themselves with such eventualities and learn to prevail.

This type of training teaches you with accelerated learning methods and technologies that are simple to understand and use. We take reality-based training to a new, more efficient and effective level by using role play and rehearsals of events that you may one day encounter. Our training center has created a realistic training curriculum that maximizes hands-on learning and enables you to successfully master tactics and techniques that focus on your and your family or faith-based group’s survival as you will be put through “real life” scenarios where your survival mindset, situational awareness, and decision making capabilities will be tested.

Force-on-force exercises are your chance to work against a live opponent or opponents by objectively determining your reasonable and defensible response and putting it into action. Every exercise is followed by debriefing to maximize effectiveness and repeated several times if needed.

We start talking about situational awareness, tactics, defensible deadly force response standards, pre-assault indicators, what happens in a fight when guns are involved, and what to do afterward.

Stress Inoculation

Functionality within a hostile environment is a direct result of effective, efficient, and practical training preparing a responsible citizen to lawfully overcome threats and to defend against any assault.

Under stress our mind and body naturally revert back to the most conditioned response developed under firearms training. One of the key ingredients of creating realism in force-on-force training is the ability to introduce stress inoculation into the training exercise. Studies confirm participants react differently when placed under stress. Hesitation is common due to the students’ lack of experience or confidence in his/her skills. Overcoming hesitation can be accomplished by participating in force-on-force exercises using actual firearms in a realistic setting.

Rigorous “triple-level safety checks” ensure that nothing that could be used as weapons or live ammo is allowed into the sterile training area. Protective gear and eye-protection ensure no permanent injury. In this environment you can safely experience different situations where real people have been attacked and put in grave danger.

Classes are limited to 8-10 people with two instructors to ensure a lot of “personal attention”.
